We have two CNC punching machines available, both are used in conjuction with a high end CAD system operated by staff with over 25 years of experience each.
Our brake presses have an extensive range of tooling which allow us to complete many types of forming tasks that may be required
We have a variety of welding options available TIG, MIG also oxy-acetylene for brazing, silver soldering and soft soldering.
We also have a circular saw for all types of tube,bar and angle cutting required, we also have a plasma cutter for mild steel,stainless steel and aluminium cutting.
We have a horizontal axis mill for small machining jobs that we can do in house or anything involved is outsourced to one of our approved suppliers , the same thing applies to our lathe as anything we cannot do inhouse is again outsourced.
We have a number of approved bead blasters, platers, paint and powder coaters and polishers available to us to ensure the very highest quality surface finish is always available. This also enables the customer to have whatever surface finish they desire.
